Dr. Mario Andrade
Dr. Mario Andrade is an experienced educational leader with over 30 years in both private and public education. He is deeply committed to ensuring equitable access to high-quality teaching and learning for all students. His work is grounded in systems thinking and growth-oriented mindsets, which guide his pursuit of sustainable improvement and innovation across schools and districts.
Throughout his career, Dr. Andrade has held a range of administrative roles in both urban and suburban settings, including Assistant High School Principal, High School Principal, Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment, and Superintendent of Schools. He is passionate about partnering with school leaders to build teacher capacity, strengthen instructional systems, and increase student achievement. His collaborative approach emphasizes continuous school improvement through the empowerment of educators, the strategic use of data, and the alignment of district-wide initiatives.
Dr. Andrade holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Johnson & Wales University, a Master of Science in Special Education from Simmons College, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Connecticut.
