We believe in order to overcome the challenges faced in education, a new approach to identifying and solving problems is required: human-centered design processes and principles.

We believe that problems are effectively understood and solved when those designing the solution are willing to get curious—without assumption—about why the problem exists in the first place.

We believe the solutions to the problems our partners face are found in the collective of their shared experience and their desire to come together to solve the challenges that face them.

We believe our posture toward our circumstances, conditions, and challenges determines whether we can create the reality we want to live. When you change your mindset, you change your reality.

We believe there exists a great deal of “noise” in the educational system requiring leaders to get clear and focused on how they will spend their time, energy, and resources to achieve their desired results.

We believe the work of equitable, accessible, learner-centered classrooms for every child is urgent. Getting to the right solution involves failing fast so you can succeed sooner. Perfect conditions don’t exist; don’t wait.
