Tricia Singleton
With over 25 years of experience in youth nonprofit leadership and organizational development, Tricia is a values-driven leader known for her thoughtful approach to program design and her ability to lead change with curiosity and clarity. She supports mission-driven organizations through strategic consulting, 360° feedback, and coaching, bringing deep expertise in leadership development, organizational strategy, and solution design. Tricia holds a B.A. in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara and a Master’s in Leadership from Fuller Seminary. As Director of Operations and Principal Advisor, she combines big-picture thinking with a sharp attention to detail. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Tricia enjoys hiking scenic trails, experiencing different cultures, and keeping up with her two teenagers.
